Job Description
Remote · Latin America Time Zones · Russian-speaking team We are looking for a junior developer to help us integrate LLMs and AI agents into real product systems. This role is a good fit for someone with 1–2 years of development experience who already uses AI tools not only to write code, but also to solve complex engineering and product tasks: debugging, automation, data extraction, prompt workflows, API integrations, testing, and internal tools. We are especially interested in Russian-speaking candidates based in Latin America or working comfortably in Latin American time zones.
What you will do
You will help build and improve product systems where LLMs are part of the core workflow. Your tasks may include: • integrating LLM APIs into existing backend and product flows; • building simple AI agents and automation workflows; • working with prompt engineering, structured outputs and function calling; • connecting AI tools with databases, internal dashboards, CRMs, websites and user-facing products; • testing LLM behavior, finding edge cases and improving reliability; • helping the team prototype new product ideas quickly.
What we are looking for
- 1–2 years of experience in software development;
- basic backend experience, preferably with Python / JavaScript / TypeScript / Node.js;
- experience using LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Replit, Lovable, GitHub Copilot or similar;
- understanding of APIs, JSON, webhooks and basic database logic;
- ability to work independently, ask clear questions and document what you build;
