You'll architect the foundational platforms that power our clinically safe healthcare agents across every partner and product line, operating at the intersection of large language models, real-time voice, and human-centered product design. This is one of the most senior individual contributor roles at the company. You'll set direction across multiple AI domains RAG, agent orchestration, evaluation, real-time voice, and safety partnering directly with the executive team, AI researchers, product leaders, and clinical experts, and mentoring Staff and Senior engineers across the org. From defining the architectural bets that shape the next generation of our platform to representing Hippocratic AI externally in the research and healthcare communities, your work will determine how patients and providers safely interact with generative AI at scale for years to come. We're looking for principal-level technical leaders who have already built and scaled foundational AI systems people who identify the problems others haven't seen yet, rally teams around ambitious bets, and set the technical bar for an entire organization
