Sr. AI Engineer - RAG, LangChain & LangGraph

Robert Half Technology is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to support a leading financial services organization's investment and portfolio management teams. This hands-on role focuses on building and deploying production-grade Generative AI and LLM solutions in a high-impact environment. You'll work directly with portfolio managers and investment teams, translating business

into scalable AI solutions using RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases. This role is hybrid in Boston.

: • 10+ years of software/data science experience, with strong experience in Financial Services / Asset Management • Strong Python development experience • Hands-on experience building Generative AI / LLM applications • Experience with GPT/OpenAI, LLaMA, Claude, or Amazon Bedrock • Experience deploying AI solutions in AWS, particularly SageMaker/Bedrock • Strong API/microservices development experience with FastAPI, Flask, or similar • Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and production AI/ML deployments For immediate consideration, please apply now.
