🚀 Senior Machine Learning Engineer – LLM Training & Evaluation 📍 Boston, MA – On-site 💰 $60–$80 per hour 🕒 Contract | 10–40 hours per week We are looking for an experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join an exciting project focused on the development and training of advanced Large Language Models. You’ll work on sophisticated technical tasks designed to improve how LLMs reason, plan, use tools and make decisions in real-world scenarios.
The Role
- Create high-quality reasoning and problem-solving examples used to train advanced LLMs
- Break complex ML and technical problems into clear, logical steps
- Evaluate model outputs for accuracy, reasoning quality and technical correctness
- Review and improve AI training and evaluation data
- Help develop strategies for improving LLM reasoning and tool use
- Contribute to cutting-edge AI and model development projects What We’re Looking For
- Strong professional experience in Machine Learning, AI or Applied ML
- Excellent understanding of ML techniques and model evaluation
- Experience with LLMs, Generative AI or AI evaluation
- Strong Python skills and experience with common ML frameworks
