AI Engineer

The Role

• Design and build production-grade AI agents and services using Python.
• Implement LLM integrations, including multi-model routing and cost/latency optimization.
• Develop retrieval strategies and RAG architectures for scalable, multi-tenant use cases.
• Lead CI/CD automation, including automated evaluation gates and safe rollout practices.
• Incorporate secure-by-default practices and responsible AI principles.
• Collaborate with platform teams to define API contracts and contribution frameworks. What You'll Need
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong Python development skills with an emphasis on typing, packaging, and concurrency.
• Experience with CI/CD and build/test/release automation.
• Familiarity with LLM integration patterns and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Understanding of observability and telemetry-first practices (logs, metrics, traces).
