Business Title: Software Engineer Senior Consultant II Org, Team and Work scope • Enterprise Shared Services (ESS) Org and Employee Experience team that is building a mature LLM HR Chatbot integrated with a Vectorized DB with a RAG solution to enhance Allstate's Internal Employee Experience • This role has been created to accelerate and mature Allstate's Internal Employee Experience initiatives. • As a mid to senior engineer, you will help lead the evolution of an in-house, production grade LLM powered chatbot driving automation, elevating internal workflows, and shaping scalable solutions that enable employees to access critical information efficiently across the enterprise. • You'll build, extend, and refine a mature LLM production application, delivering new features and architectural improvements that significantly enhance internal employee experience, performance, and reliability. • Our ideal candidate is a confident, collaborative engineer who thrives in close-knit, high communication teams.
