: Machine Learning Engineer
The Role
The Workplace Investing AI Artificial Intelligence Delivery Engineering Chapter team is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design implement and improve technical solutions for Gen AI solutions including RAG Prompt Engineering Fine Tuning ML model deployment data pipelines hosting and API Application Programming Interface development. We are looking for an outspoken technologist with a deep passion for data and application design to help build AWS Amazon Web Services based AI solutions. This role needs hands-on work developing APIs and integrate with ML models partnering with our data scientists. The Expertise and Skills You Bring Solid 5 years hands on development as Machine Learning Engineer. Strong programming skills in Python and Java. Experience with working on Gen AI solutions with Large Language Models LangGraph LangChain LlamaIndex Prompt Engineering and Fine tuning. Solid experience with developing python-based APIs needed FastAPI / Flask. Design and develop machine learning and deep learning systems using ML Machine Learning algorithms / frameworks. Demonstrated work experience using AWS services: Deploy the models in Sagemaker cloud-based data platforms like Snowflake or RDS for analytics data hosting. EC2/EKS compute set-up. · Work with data to create models and perform statistical analysis train and retrain models to optimize performance. Run machine learning tests and experiments. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. The Team The team is an agile squad in the Intelligent Automation AI Product Area in Workplace Services. The squad intends to use cloud technologies and deploy solutions using all current software engineering principles. It’s a great chance to work on an agile team to help build innovative and high business value AI powered solutions to improve tough manual operations activities. Fidelity’s working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs.
