Education
: β’ Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, preferred but not required. β’ NOTE: If resources do not have a relevant college degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required. Required Experience β’ Candidates will be evaluated for one of the following levels: β’ I Engineer: 3-7 years of hands-on AI development experience. β’ I Engineer: 8+ years of experience leading or delivering AI, automation, or software development projects. β’ dditional expectations for all levels: β’ Proven experience contributing to or leading AI/automation initiatives. β’ Experience working in analytics, data-driven environments, or team leadership roles is highly desirable. β’ Required
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in building AI solutions using Python, Visual Studio Code, and relevant programming/scripting languages.
- Strong understanding of generative AI, LLM integration, and modern AI frameworks.

. β’ Experience integrating AI capabilities into existing enterprise automation frameworks. β’ bility to deliver AI scripts and programs that run reliably on US Government Client-approved environments. β’ Capability to document, train, and transition AI tools to operational teams. β’ Preferred Skills β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach to complex technical challenges. β’ Strong mathematical skills. β’ Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain sophisticated AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders. β’ Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment. β’ Familiarity with Agile methodologies, cloud platforms, or enterprise-scale AI deployments is a plus.
