Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI capabilities including LLM and NLP to enhance automation and customer engagement.
- Optimize and improve text-to-speech (TTS) and speech-to-text (STT) functionalities, with a view to transition from third-party APIs to an in-house solution.
- Train, fine-tune, and optimize AI models for smarter, more effective customer interactions.
- Integrate AI components into the company's JavaScript-driven logic layer and Python-based LLM models.
