& Experience: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field with 11–14+ years of overall experience. • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Backend Development using Python within enterprise environments. • Strong expertise in Python programming including OOP concepts, asynchronous programming, multithreading, and reusable library/framework development. • Proven experience designing and developing scalable backend applications, RESTful APIs, and Microservices-based architectures. • Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services including Dataflow, Apache Beam, Cloud Functions, Cloud DLP, Cloud Composer (Airflow), Pub/Sub, GCS, and BigQuery. • Experience building enterprise-scale ETL/ELT pipelines, distributed systems, and real-time/batch data processing solutions. • Strong experience working with event-driven and streaming architectures using Pub/Sub or similar messaging technologies. • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, or similar DevOps tools. • Experience with Docker-based containerization and cloud-native deployment models. • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform is preferred. • Strong understanding of SQL, data modeling, data integration, and performance optimization techniques. • Good understanding of software architecture principles, scalable system design, and backend engineering best practices. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and enterprise SDLC processes. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional client-facing enterprise teams.
