Backend Developer - Initial Remote (W2 Only)

Job Title: Backend RPA Developer Location: Plano, TX (Initial Remote) Duration: 6+ Months of Contract This position will initially be remote. Once the office location is finalized around October, the selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Plano, TX. Remote work will not be permitted after that time. Candidates must be able to commute to the Plano, TX office.

: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable applications and modules, writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Manage the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, prioritizing, testing, and releases, often using Agile methodologies. Lead, guide, and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices. Monitor, support on-going operation of the developed programs(RPA) that are serviced to the customers. And if necessary, resolve the issue & enhance the current solutions. Work closely with customers, and other engineers to define

and deliver innovative solutions. Implement automated testing, debug issues, troubleshoot complex problems, and ensure application security and performance. Participate in internal and external meetings to gather the business

and suggest solutions. Analyze the business

and suggest the best practice to apply to the business

. Write unit, integration, and production test scenarios. Troubleshoot and debug to optimize application performance. Liaise with the development team to identify and plan new features. Research and suggest new technologies, applications, and protocols. Create detailed technical plans for the execution and implementation of projects. Be available to answer technical questions, clarifications, and clear obstacles for the team. Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes. Writing development progress reports.
