We are looking for an experienced Back-end Developer with a strong DevOps mindset to support key delivery initiatives. This role blends Java backend development with CI/CD, automation, and release management, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy both development and operational

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Manage code integration and deployments using GitHub Actions
- Support release management across multiple environments
- Develop and maintain automation scripts (Bash or similar)
- Contribute to backend development using Java and JavaScript
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and operations
Required Skills
& Experience • 5+ years of experience in backend development (Java preferred) • 4+ years of hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline design and implementation • 5+ years of experience with GitHub Actions for build and deployment workflows • Strong scripting skills, especially Bash • 5+ years of experience in release management across multiple environments • Working knowledge of JavaScript • Strong DevOps-first mindset • Experience working in Agile environments • Ability to balance development and operational
