Job Description
CTG is seeking a Full Stack Developer (React / Java) to support our client in designing, building, and optimizing scalable enterprise applications. This role is ideal for a developer with strong ReactJS and Java expertise who also has hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and production support in high-availability environments. Location: Remote Duration: 11 months
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using ReactJS and Java.
Architect high-performance front-end solutions and ensure optimal user experience.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across application layers.
Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines, including defining quality gates for code quality and test coverage.
Integrate logging, monitoring, and alerting tools to improve system observability and reliability.
Develop automation and self-healing runbooks to support operational stability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams during production incidents to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
Apply DevOps and software engineering best practices to improve scalability and system resilience.
Strong experience with Java and ReactJS (React UI).
Experience building scalable, enterprise-level web applications.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling.
Knowledge of application performance tuning and debugging.
Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
Understanding of automated testing and quality gate enforcement. Preferred Experience
Full stack development experience in enterprise environments.
Production support and incident resolution experience.
Exposure to cloud-based or distributed systems.
Experience implementing DevOps automation and operational tooling.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
