Full-Stack Developer with Claude Code Experience — Help Us Migrate to a New System - Contract to Hire

Full-Stack Developer Needed to Guide Claude AI Through System Migration Tasks We're migrating from an old system to a new one, and we've adopted Claude AI to handle much of the development work. However, we need someone to "babysit" the process — guiding Claude, reviewing its output, and making sure the final result is exactly what we need.

: Work alongside Claude to complete development tasks (e.g., we provide a markup, Claude builds it, you ensure quality) Step in when Claude gets stuck and guide it back on track Polish the output and add additional features when needed Verify that everything works correctly before delivery Example: We recently created a markup for redesigning our homepage and asked Claude to build it. Tasks like this sometimes require guidance, troubleshooting, and refinement — that's where you come in. Ideal candidate: Full-stack developer with strong front-end and back-end skills Solid understanding of databases (this is important — it makes the work much smoother) Experience working with AI coding tools like Claude, Cursor, or similar Detail-oriented with a focus on clean, polished output How we'll work together: We'll start small with a few basic tasks to see how we collaborate.
