Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Sr. Full Stack Engineer (Python, AWS, GenAI) to serve as a key technical leader, shaping the design, architecture, and delivery of modern, cloud‑native software solutions. You’ll bring deep expertise across the AWS ecosystem, Python engineering, agentic/GenAI tooling, API design, and front‑end development with React. The ideal candidate combines strong hands‑on engineering skills with architectural vision, enabling the team to rapidly build, iterate, and scale innovative products. The Work: • Lead the end‑to‑end architecture and development of full‑stack applications on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence. • Design, develop, and optimize back‑end services, APIs, and automation using Python and cloud‑native patterns. • Build intuitive, responsive, and visually polished user interfaces using React and modern front‑end frameworks. • Integrate and operationalize agentic AI workflows, GenAI tooling, and LLM‑based systems into core platform capabilities. • Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership across engineering teams, driving alignment and high‑quality implementation. • Contribute to a fast‑paced environment by iterating quickly, experimenting with new technologies, and pushing innovation forward. Here’s What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant professional experience. • Strong hands‑on expertise with Python for back‑end development. • Strong experience with React.js for front‑end development. • Experience building services and application layers with Node.js as part of a modern JavaScript/TypeScript stack. • Experience integrating agentic AI workflows, GenAI solutions, and LLM‑driven systems. • Proven track record architecting and delivering full‑stack applications end‑to‑end. • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and guide teams through rapid iteration. • Excellent communication and cross‑team collaboration skills. • Only U.S. Citizenship required. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
