About the Role
We are seeking a versatile Full Stack Developer / Conversion Specialist to design, develop, maintain, and support SEA software applications and conversion projects. This role combines full-stack software development with data conversion, system integration, and technical operations. Candidates must based in or around the Atlanta/Sandy Springs, GA area. Candidates must be able to work out of our office in Sandy Springs. Hybrid work is available as an option based on the candidates knowledge and experience. The successful candidate will work across front-end and back-end application development while also supporting conversion projects for SEA report and output management products. This is a hands-on role for a technically curious problem solver who enjoys working across the full technology stack and finding practical solutions to complex challenges.
What You'll Do
Full Stack Development • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications. • Build responsive, accessible, and intuitive user interfaces. • Develop APIs, backend services, integrations, and data-processing solutions. • Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models. • Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and technical stakeholders to deliver new features. • Contribute to application architecture and long-term technical strategy. Data Conversion & System Migration • Develop and maintain conversion and automation utilities using Java and Excel/VBA. • Analyze legacy system metadata and transform it into target environments. • Read and process metadata and generate update records to build SEA report and output management product records. • Support conversion and migration of legacy data into SEA’s application environment. • Develop and maintain XML control files used for input/output processing. • Test conversion processes and validate migrated data. • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and migration issues.
