As a Full Stack Technical Lead, you'll split your time between architecting and writing well-considered technical solutions and ensuring your team thrives and grows alongside you. You'll distill complex

into actionable deliverables and provide clear direction, mentorship, and support across your team. You'll also have a seat at the table in shaping Anza's overall engineering culture and setting a high bar for software development excellence. The problems are genuinely hard: helping customers instantly compare and optimize across a vast space of solar and storage products demands thoughtful architecture and careful modeling. We're cloud native (GCP), and our stack is TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL. We care deeply about developer experience and invest extensively in CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code. We expect our leads to have demonstrated experience with some or all of this stack. How We Build We use LLMs heavily across our engineering workflows but we don't defer our thinking to the robots. The engineers who thrive here have embraced agentic engineering as a force multiplier while maintaining a deep, first-principles understanding of the code they ship.
