Strong, demonstrated expertise designing and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS, including cloud architecture patterns, serverless technologies, IAM, networking, security controls, monitoring, and cost optimization
Proven hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and containerization/deployment using Docker and Linux containers
Solid experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and implementing automated build, test, and deployment strategies
Strong working knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB), including schema design, optimization, and performance tuning
Practical experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), DevOps practices, and secure coding standards
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) or additional major cloud providers
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management
Familiarity with .NET, C#, or ASP.NET technologies
Experience designing and building event-driven architectures or advanced microservices patterns
Proficiency with enterprise observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Amazon CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack)
Prior exposure to recruitment, staffing, HR technology, or talent acquisition domain applications
Demonstrated success in technical leadership roles, including team mentoring, architecture governance, and stakeholder management Company
