AI Python Programmer

The Python AI Programmer will be responsible for developing back-end services, AI-assisted workflows, data processing scripts, integrations, and intelligent features that support the company's products and internal systems. This person will work with APIs, model outputs, structured data, business logic, automation tools, and databases to create reliable and scalable AI-enabled functionality. This position is Full-Time / REMOTE. Salary range is $150k - $195k / year This role involves writing clean Python code, integrating with AI APIs, building data processing scripts, developing logic for job matching and candidate evaluation, creating API integrations, designing prompt workflows, testing AI outputs, debugging, working with databases and cloud services, collaborating with teams, documenting, and improving internal tools and automation. Anthropic Claude Code a plus.
