POSITION DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a skilled Jr Full Stack Developer to design, build, and deploy scalable web applications. The ideal candidate has experience with Python, React.js and AI-assisted development tools, including generating, reviewing, and validating code within AI-driven workflows, as well as familiarity with NoSQL databases and core AWS services like S3, EC2, Lambda, and RDS. Experience working in Agile environments with JIRA, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential. RESPONSIBILITES: • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern Python backend technologies under guidance of senior engineers/architects. • Leverage AI-assisted development tools for code generation, test generation, documentation, and system analysis • Review, validate, and enhance AI-generated outputs to ensure quality, security, and scalability • Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using modern component-based architectures. • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architectures • Analyze and work with legacy Java and PL/SQL systems to support application modernization and system decomposition. • Participate in modernization efforts including refactoring, re-platforming, and microservices migration • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and stakeholders, to translate business
