: • Lead the data quality strategy for Hellium Services, ensuring consistent behavior, adherence to common patterns, and high reliability across Global Markets applications. • Provide QA leadership for modernization initiatives within the Quartz Financial Stack, driving test coverage, automation, and validation of both functional and non functional

. • Own the quality assurance approach for trade horizontal services, shared components, and tooling used across multiple asset classes, with accountability for integration, regression, and cross dependency testing. • Lead testing and validation of Python based backend services, including API testing, data integrity checks, event driven flows, resiliency, and failure scenario validation. • Partner closely with trading, product, development, and DevOps leadership to assess delivery risk, influence design decisions, and embed quality early through shift left and shift right testing practices. • Establish and enforce QA best practices across the SDLC, including test automation frameworks, CI/CD quality gates, observability validation, and release readiness criteria. • Act as a key stakeholder for production readiness, ensuring operational resilience, stability, and compliance for mission critical front to back trading workflows.
