Lead Frontend React Developer Experience: 12–15+ Years (Frontend / UI Development Experience) Employment Type: Full-Time (W2 Only) Location: USA (Hybrid / Onsite) Work Authorization: H4 EAD, L2S, GC EAD, Green Card, US Citizen Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Frontend React Developer to lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise-scale web applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, Frontend Architecture, UI Engineering, and Cloud-Native Applications, along with strong leadership experience managing frontend teams and driving technical excellence. This role requires ownership of frontend architecture, component strategy, application performance, scalability, accessibility, and engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of enterprise-scale web applications using React.js.
- Architect scalable, reusable, and maintainable frontend solutions.
- Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
- Define frontend architecture standards, coding guidelines, and development best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Backend Engineers, and DevOps teams.
- Drive performance optimization, accessibility compliance, and application scalability.
- Design and implement state management strategies and reusable component libraries.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor frontend engineering teams.
