A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Front-End / Mobile Developer with deep expertise in React Native and ReactJS to join a high-performing product delivery team. This role is responsible for building and evolving scalable, high-quality web and mobile applications in a regulated healthcare environment. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on engineering skills, practical architecture experience, and a quality-first mindset. You will partner closely with product, UX/UI, QA, and backend engineering teams to deliver reliable and performant experiences across platforms.

Design, build, and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications using React Native and ReactJS. Own end-to-end delivery of complex UI features with a focus on performance, reliability, usability, and accessibility. Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable application architecture across mobile and web. Write clean, well-structured, and well-documented code, and establish engineering best practices. Lead and participate in code reviews to ensure consistency and maintainability. Partner with backend engineers to define API contracts, data models, and integration strategies. Optimize React Native applications for iOS and Android, considering factors like offline storage, threading, and performance tuning. Collaborate daily with Product, UX/UI, QA, and engineering stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment. Mentor and support other developers through pairing, feedback, and technical guidance, with the potential to grow into an Engineering Lead role.
