Lead Developer (Full-Stack TS/React + Supabase) — must be fluent with Claude Code We run a multi-tenant CRM/ERP platform for field-sales/home-services teams, plus a super-admin control plane. It's a large, real, production TypeScript codebase and we build almost entirely with Claude Code. The founder is stepping back from day-to-day engineering — we're hiring 3 senior/lead developers to own it. You'll own Shipping features and fixes across two apps sharing one Supabase database Postgres schema + migrations, RLS, and SECURITY DEFINER RPCs Deno edge functions and scheduled jobs Reviewing your own and others' work to a high bar, with tests Must-have Extensive hands-on Claude Code experience — you drive agents effectively, not just autocomplete. This is non-negotiable; tell us how you use it. Senior full-stack TypeScript + React, comfortable in a large existing codebase Supabase / Postgres in depth: RLS, migrations, RPCs, query performance Disciplined git/staging workflow and test-first habits (Vitest/Playwright) Strong written communication; self-directed and async Stack: TypeScript, React 18, TanStack Query/Start, shadcn/Radix, Tailwind, Vite, Supabase (Postgres/RLS/pg_cron), Deno edge functions, bun. Nice-to-have (call out what you know) Stripe (subscriptions, invoices, usage-based, webhooks) Twilio (voice/IVR/SMS/conference — our biggest integration) AI voice (Retell or similar), Slack, Meta/Google APIs, e-sign To apply — keep it short: How you use Claude Code day-to-day (be specific — workflows, MCP, subagents, what you've shipped with it).
