Job Description
Location: 3 days per week onsite at Summit, NJ and Midtown, NYC offices. Job Summary We are seeking a Full Stack Software Developer with strong expertise in .NET/C# and React, along with hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools. The developer will work closely with AI, Product, and Engineering teams to accelerate delivery and improve software quality through AI-enabled SDLC practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET/C# and React.
- Build responsive front-end applications and robust backend services/APIs.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Use AI-assisted tools such as Cursor and Claude Code for coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- Apply AI across SDLC phases including
requirements
, design, development, testing, and deployment. - Collaborate with the AI team to refine and improve AI-driven development frameworks and practices. - Translate business
requirements
into secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions. - Participate in Agile ceremonies, rapid prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration. - Contribute to technical design, architecture, code quality, and performance optimization.
