One North is seeking an experienced Product Design Lead who blends product thinking with design system expertise. You will craft enterprise web and mobile experiences that are research-informed, brand-aligned, and engineered for scale. As a member of our multi-disciplinary Design team, you will own end-to-end product design work, steward design systems, and partner closely with engineering and product to deliver measurable business outcomes. This role will ideally be based in the Chicago area, but we are open to remote locations across the U.S.
