What you'll Do
- UX Research & Discovery: Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing to uncover pain points, validate assumptions, and inform design decisions for enterprise workflows and case management solutions.
- Ideation, Wireframing & Prototyping: Design user flows, low-fidelity wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to translate complex

into clear, intuitive experiences. • Iterative Design & Validation: Present concepts and prototypes to clients and internal teams, gather feedback, and refine designs through iterative cycles to ensure usability, accessibility, and alignment with project goals. • Design Systems & UI Standards: Develop and maintain reusable UI components, design systems, and interface patterns to ensure consistency, scalability, and cross-platform cohesion. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, business analysts, developers, and government stakeholders in agile delivery environments to shape
