What You’ll Do • Develop and execute high-fidelity designs for interactive digital experiences from concept through to channel application. • Provide oversight and guidance to an agency design team, ensuring creative excellence and brand consistency. • Design and integrate new categories into global navigation headers, storefront modules, and ribbon tiles. • Create interactive teaser pages to generate excitement for upcoming product launches. • Craft detailed product pages for new product introductions across various categories. • Develop interactive sizing and measurement guides to enhance user experience. • Design compelling category landing pages and storefront discovery modules. • Produce cross-channel launch assets for various customer touchpoints, including customer relationship management platforms and direct response channels. • Utilize rapid prototyping to test user flows and actively explore AI design tools to accelerate output and innovation. • Serve as the voice of truth for user experience, proactively building relationships with creative, UX, and engineering leads. What You’ll Bring • Proven experience as a senior visual and user interface designer with exceptional design craft. • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to apply design craft within an established design system. • Expertise in developing high-fidelity designs and executing interactive digital experiences. • Experience with rapid prototyping to test user flows and interactions. • Familiarity with and active exploration of AI design tools for asset generation and prototyping. • Strong ability to build proactive relationships with creative, UX, and engineering leads. • Proficiency in design software including Figma. • Experience with various prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, and other industry-standard tools).
