We are seeking a senior, highly versatile Lead UX/UI Designer & Brand Strategist for an initial 6-month engagement to audit, standardize, and elevate the digital presence across our portfolio of brands. This role serves as a hybrid between a Fractional Brand Strategist and a hands-on UX/UI Lead. Working closely with executive leadership (Chief of Staff, COO, CEO), you will evaluate the current digital footprint of our acquired entities, build foundational brand bibles, and directly redesign and modernize their websites—bringing every business up to the premier functional standard of our top-performing flagship digital assets. You will establish a scalable framework for future business acquisitions and map out tailored growth toolkits for each entity (identifying which specific brands may eventually benefit from social media, SEO, or paid media down the line once their core foundation is solid).
