UI/UX Designer Why This is an Exciting Role: BI&A is seeking highly motivated and skilled UI/UX Desingers that leverage expertise in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, human-centered design principles, and user research to develop intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences. Develop and deliver comprehensive UI/UX design strategies, research initiatives, and detailed development plans to enhance the functionality and usability of the Sponsor’s applications. Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand end-user needs, behaviors, and challenges, translating findings into actionable insights.
- Design and prototype intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and experiences, incorporating human-centered design principles and best practices.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX designs into Sponsor applications.
- Develop and present comprehensive UI/UX design strategies, wireframes, and mockups to enhance application usability and functionality.
- Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, design systems, and interface specifications, to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Perform usability testing to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on designs to meet user expectations.
