Job Description
We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer / Developer with hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS).
The role
involves designing intuitive user experiences, developing responsive interfaces, and integrating with digital experience platforms to deliver seamless customer journeys. Visa Status: Green Card, US Citizen, or H-1B
Key Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs aligned with brand guidelines
- Develop responsive front-end components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular
- Implement and customize templates, components, and workflows within AEM or equivalent CMS platforms
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and accessibility reviews
- Translate business

into engaging digital experiences • Ensure consistency across web, mobile, and omnichannel platforms • Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and backend developers • Partner with marketing and content teams to optimize digital assets • Provide technical guidance on CMS best practices and UI/UX standards
