. On an agile team, you’ll design and deliver large-scale digital experiences that are as intuitive as they are visually refined. You’ll contribute across the full spectrum of the digital lifecycle, including user research, interface design, accessibility compliance, rapid prototyping, and front-end development. Your ability to combine UX thinking with strong engineering practices will ensure every solution is user-centered, compliant, and aligned with national security objectives. You Have: • Experience developing high-quality front-end applications using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS or SCSS, and a JavaScript framework such as Vue, React, Angular, or Next • Knowledge of WCAG 2.x, Section 508 compliance, responsive design, and front-end best practices in secure government environments • Knowledge of AWS services • Ability to work independently on multiple projects across locations and charge codes while managing expectations and delivering polished, high-quality results • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience working in a professional environment, or 8+ years of experience working in a professional environment in lieu of a degree Nice If You Have: • Experience with AWS services, TypeScript, animation libraries, or design system development • Knowledge of secure API integration, Agile workflows, and government digital service standards • Ability to collaborate with government leadership to refine
