Job Description
DESCRIPTION The best entertainment in the world deserves the best design. Prime Video is re-inventing how customers connect with their favorite shows, teams, and stories by combining high-quality live streaming, immersive interactive features, and exclusive access to some of the world's most loved movies, TV series, and live sports. All from a single service, available on web, mobile, and TV in 240+ countries and territories around the world. And we're just getting started. The Prime Video Experience Design team is looking for a customer-obsessed Sr. UX Designer to join our Growth team. Your focus? Defining, articulating, and championing the future of how customers rent, buy, and subscribe to the content that moves them. We strive to provide customers with the right offer and payment option at the right moment — whether that's to cheer on their favorite team all season long, settle in for a hassle-free family movie night, or easily dive into the latest binge-worthy show. The ideal candidate designs with clarity and empathy, inspires the people around them, and has a genuine passion for solving problems at global scale. You excel through innovation, creativity, and attention to detail. You believe design is more than how something looks, it's how it feels and functions. You love a good design debate and thrive on iterating based on real customer feedback. This is a hands-on role for someone who establishes vision and strategy, scales their impact through proactive cross-functional collaboration, and raises the bar for design quality across the team. You'll build strong relationships with design peers and partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Business counterparts to launch experiences that help customers around the world to get the most value and delight from their entertainment budget. You would be perfect for this role if: • Portfolio depth: You have a portfolio of launched work that demonstrates measurable impact and a strong command of user-centered design principles. • Improvement instincts: You thrive on finding big and small ways to make the customer experience better — and you never stop looking. • Communication craft: You communicate design concepts clearly and persuasively across audiences and disciplines, whether in person or remote. • Collaborative spirit: You work well in multi-disciplinary environments where everyone has a seat at the table and shared ownership of customer outcomes. • Comfort with ambiguity: You're a self-starter who can wear many hats and navigate uncertainty with confidence.
