Job Title: UI/UX Designer - Global Payments and Compliance Location: Redmond WA – Onsite Employment Type: Contract Cor e Skills: • Ecommerce UX: Experience designing checkout and transactional flows with a focus on conversion and usability. • Design Systems & Frameworks: Strong grasp of Microsoft Fluent UI, with working knowledge of React, Angular, and other modern front-end frameworks and UX patterns. • Accessibility: Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1 and accessibility best practices; able to design inclusive, compliant experiences. • Design Tools: Advanced proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design system management. Familiarity with tools like Miro, Adobe, or similar is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience applying Microsoft UX design standards across web and mobile platforms.
- Ability to collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate
requirements
into intuitive interfaces. • Familiarity with enterprise-scale design challenges, including responsive design, localization, and performance constraints.
