In this role, you will: • Serve as a core member of a digital product team, driving end-to-end design decisions and shaping product direction in close partnership with engineering and product • Use participatory design methods (e.g., paper prototyping, co-creation sessions, card sorting) to uncover vision, business models, assumptions, and implicit knowledge
