You will collaborate closely with product owners, researchers, developers, product managers, and business stakeholders, thriving in a fast-paced Agile environment where rapid experimentation and continuous validation are key.
The role
requires the ability to quickly translate ideas into low-, medium-, and high-fidelity prototypes that communicate concepts, validate assumptions, and support informed product decisions.
Key Responsibilities
& Deliverables • Personas, journey maps, service blueprints, ecosystem maps, and user flows • Information architectures, taxonomies, content models, navigation frameworks, and scalable interaction patterns • Low-, medium-, and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes • Experience concepts, future-state visions, and end-to-end customer experience models • Rapid prototyping and iterative design validation with product, engineering, research, and business teams • Usability studies, concept-validation plans, feedback sessions, and synthesis of user research findings • Customer journey and experience recommendations based on research, analytics, and stakeholder feedback • Executive-ready storytelling artifacts, presentations, and design recommendations • Clear documentation of design decisions, interaction patterns,
