- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee). The Impact you will have in this role: We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Specialist to lead the design of intuitive, accessible, and cohesive digital experiences for DTCC Risk applications. This role will shape the experience strategy for portal consolidation and modernization, translating complex business processes and user needs into persona-based journeys, interaction models, prototypes, and reusable design patterns. The ideal candidate combines strong user-centered design leadership with hands-on enterprise product design expertise. This individual will partner with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, engineers, and application teams to simplify fragmented user journeys, improve usability, and establish a consistent experience across internal, external, regulatory, and public-facing portals.
