This is a fully onsite position. Job Summary: This role is primarily a UX Designer, position with about 75% focus on design—user flows, interactions, usability, and visual consistency and the remaining 25% involves frontend coding to implement designs and ensure they are built correctly. We are looking for strong design ownership, with enough coding ability to bridge design and development. This is not a frontend engineer role—design is the priority. Principal
Responsibilities
: • Working knowledge of the following(or similar) technologies and software: Figma, HTML, CSS (SCSS). • Gather and evaluate user
requirements
for our suite of digital assets. • Architect and maintain scalable Design Systems and component libraries to ensure visual and functional consistency across all platforms. • Creates visual interfaces and develops high-fidelity, interactive prototypes using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Consults with engineers to ensure UI designs are technically feasible. • Develop original graphic designs, banners, and landing pages with a focus on responsive, mobile-first implementation. • Conveys branding cohesively across multiple web properties and enforces technical web standards (performance, SEO, and security). • Ensures all digital assets meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1/2.2) through semantic HTML and ARIA patterns. • Collaborates with different teams to coordinate the development, integration, and release of web content using version control systems (e.g., Git). • Creates and maintains site documentation, code style guides, and technical wikis to support regional sites. • Other duties as assigned. Job Level Specifications: • Thorough knowledge of design principles and front-end engineering architecture. Competent in all job functions and has a deep understanding of industry practices, modern web performance, and browser compatibility. • Develops solutions for a variety of situations and works on projects requiring evaluation and analysis. May refer to policies, practices and precedents for guidance; determines best course of action to achieve results. • Work is performed independently and requires the exercise of judgment and discretion. May receive some limited guidance for new assignments. Work may be reviewed for overall adequacy. • Collaborates with management and team members within the department/function and other areas of the organization. May represent department internally or externally. Work Experience: • Typically 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.
