UX Researcher (Hybrid)

:Formulate end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research strategies to deliver actionable insights that directly influence the long-term product roadmap.Analyze human behavioral data and ongoing UX health studies to ensure design-built experiences achieve optimal market readiness.Translate complex methodologies and data-driven insights into compelling recommendations for cross-functional leadership and product engineering teams. - Cultivate dynamic, cross-disciplinary partnerships with design, engineering, and marketing teams to scale customer-focused knowledge broadly across the organization.

:Experience: 4+ years of dedicated user experience research experience within the technology sector, driving both product direction and detailed experience design.Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency utilizing enterprise research platforms such as UserTesting, DScout, Qualtrics, and Marvin for qualitative and quantitative methodologies.Business Impact: Proven track record of spearheading complex research projects independently while navigating ambiguity to deliver high-visibility results.
