Role Overview
We are seeking a UX Researcher for a temporary assignment to support product and experience research. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to help identify user needs, evaluate concepts and experiences, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations. This is a temporary assignment and not a full-time employment opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end UX research using appropriate qualitative and/or quantitative methods.
- Develop research plans, discussion guides, and study materials aligned to project goals.
- Conduct analysis and synthesize findings into insights, frameworks, and recommendations, utilizing AI tools in each phase of the research workflow.
- Present research findings to stakeholders in clear, concise deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Product, Design, Content, Data Science) to inform product direction and improve user experience.
- Support rapid research cycles to inform iterative product development.
