UX Designer/UX Researcher

UX Designer/UX Researcher – Employee Experience We are seeking a UX/UXR Designer to support employee-facing digital products and operational tools for a major airline. This is a hands-on design role focused on improving the systems employees use to do their jobs every day. We’re looking for someone who has experience designing complex internal or enterprise tools and is comfortable conducting their own research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Candidates may be based in Chicago or Houston. Remote candidates (US-based only/no sponsorship required) may also be considered with highly relevant airline, employee experience, or operational technology experience. Top Skills & Experience • Strong UX Design experience across complex digital products, workflows, or enterprise systems. • Experience designing employee-facing, internal, operational, or workflow-based tools. • Ability to own the design process from discovery and user flows through wireframes, prototypes, and detailed interaction design. • Hands-on research experience, including employee/user interviews, usability testing, concept validation, and synthesizing findings into design decisions. • Strong product and systems thinking with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical/operational constraints.
