We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Technology team in Pune. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering complex features integrated on Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) platforms using the Camunda Engine and BPMN business processes. You will be responsible for defining application architecture, designing and implementing scalable microservices, and mentoring junior developers. This is a greenfield project, offering a unique opportunity to shape foundational frameworks and best practices for process automation within the CARE domain. ## What you’ll do * Define architecture and create high-level design artefacts for process automation solutions. * Develop and implement Java-based microservices aligned with sprint objectives. * Lead the successful integration of Camunda BPMN processes and associated tools. * Build proof of concepts and contribute to the development of Camunda capabilities within VOIS. * Mentor and train Java developers to enhance their proficiency in Camunda BPMN. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand the process automation footprint in Solstice. * Ensure high-quality code deliverables and support resolution of technical issues in shared modules. ##
