Our solutions are actively used by 20+ institutions and 1lac + users across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu. We’re building a scalable, cloud-native platform powered by modern engineering and applied AI. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who can go beyond just building features, someone who can design scalable systems, own architecture, and build Agents and AI-powered products using modern GenAI frameworks and LLMs. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll work directly with founders and shape the core engineering and AI direction of the product. ️ What You'll Work On Full Stack Engineering ● Build scalable applications using Node.js, Express.js, and Next.js, Type Script ● Develop high-performance frontend systems using React.js / Next.js ● Design and build REST APIs and microservices architecture ● Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB ● Implement authentication systems (JWT, OAuth, RBAC) ● Integrate third-party services. ● Optimize performance across web and mobile platforms. ● Manage deployments using CI/CD pipelines on AWS and Azure. ● Apply strong Data Structures, Algorithms, and problem-solving skills to build scalable and efficient applications . ️ System Design & Architecture ● Design large-scale distributed systems and SaaS platforms ● Architect multi-tenant systems with scalability in mind ● Build caching and performance layers using Redis ● Define system design standards and engineering best practices ● Lead technical design discussions and architecture decisions 🤖 GenAI & AI Agents ● Build LLM-powered applications and intelligent systems ● Design and develop AI agents and multi-agent workflows ● Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines ● Work with tools like LangChain / CrewAI / similar frameworks ● Build automation systems using reasoning-based AI workflows ● Integrate vector databases and semantic search systems ● Prototype and deploy AI features rapidly. ☁️ DevOps & Scalability ● Deploy applications on AWS / Azure / GCP ● Work with Docker and CI/CD pipelines ● Ensure monitoring, logging, and system reliability ● Optimize production performance and uptime 🎯 What We’re Looking For ● 6+ years of experience in Full Stack Development ● Strong expertise in Node.js + backend architecture ● Experience with Next.js / React.js, Type Script ● Strong knowledge of databases and API design, Data Structures ● Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) ● Exposure to GenAI / LLMs / AI agents is highly preferred ● Startup mindset with strong ownership and execution speed ⭐ Bonus Points ● Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGPT or similar ● Built RAG-based systems or AI assistants ● Python experience for AI workflows ● Experience in SaaS or enterprise product development 🌟
