Product Designer

As a Product Designer at Pay10 India, you will play a crucial role in designing intuitive and user-centric experiences for our digital payment products. You will collaborate closely with product leaders, engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to create design solutions that address real user problems and align with Pay10's business objectives in the Indian payments ecosystem. • *

:** - Lead the end-to-end design process, including discovery, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and final visual design. - Develop user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design intent. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to validate design decisions. - Work closely with product managers and engineers to translate

into scalable design solutions. - Create high-fidelity mockups and detailed UI specifications in line with Pay10's brand guidelines and accessibility standards. - Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the quality implementation of designs and address edge cases. - Stay updated on UX/UI trends, emerging design tools, and best practices, particularly in the fintech and payments industry. • *

& Experience:** - Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role. - Demonstrated experience in delivering user-focused digital products, preferably within fintech, payments, or banking. - Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, problem-solving skills, interaction design, and end-to-end project ownership. - Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design and prototyping tools. - Sound knowledge of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and responsive design. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively communicate design decisions to diverse stakeholders. - Basic familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is beneficial. The job also prefers candidates with experience working in high-growth product organizations, knowledge of accessibility standards, mobile-first design, exposure to payment applications, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Hindi or other Indian languages is a strong advantage for local user research and insights.
