Product Designer

About Upgame Upgame is a globally leading golf performance data company and a subsidiary of TrackMan — Denmark’s premier golf technology powerhouse. Our system simplifies stat tracking for golfers and coaches using a map-based data entry platform and unique performance metrics like dispersions to targets and target lines. We serve elite players, coaches, academies, US college programs, and National Federations worldwide. As we scale our product and communication efforts, we’re looking for a Visual Designer who can bring clarity, creativity, and visual consistency to our marketing and product communication. What this role is about We're looking for a detail-oriented Product Designer who loves crafting polished, intuitive interfaces. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning product ideas into high-quality UI, maintaining design systems, and working closely with developers to ensure every screen ships exactly as designed. You'll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA to create consistent, scalable experiences across our mobile and web products.

UI Design • Design clean, modern, user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web applications. • Create production-ready screens, components, and interaction states. • Improve existing experiences through thoughtful visual and interaction design. • Ensure consistency across the entire product. Design System • Build, maintain, and expand our design system in Figma. • Create reusable components, variants, tokens, and documentation. • Ensure all new designs follow established design standards. • Continuously improve consistency, accessibility, and scalability. Developer Handoff • Prepare production-ready designs for engineering. • Maintain organized Figma files with proper naming and component structure. • Create detailed specifications, annotations, and edge cases. • Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure pixel-perfect execution. • Review implemented designs and provide UI feedback before release. Product Collaboration • Work closely with Product Managers to translate

into intuitive user experiences. • Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions. • Iterate quickly based on user feedback and engineering constraints. Quality & Consistency • Conduct UI audits to identify inconsistencies. • Ensure typography, spacing, colors, icons, and interactions follow design standards. • Help maintain a high visual quality bar across all products.
