About the Role
We're looking for a Product Designer with 0-2 years of experience who enjoys solving problems, simplifying complex workflows, and designing products people genuinely love using. You'll work directly with the founders, product, and engineering to shape TALIE - from early ideas and user flows to polished interfaces that customers use every day. This isn't a role where you'll spend weeks perfecting a single screen. We value speed, curiosity, and thoughtful iteration.
What You'll Do
- Design intuitive user experiences for TALIE across web applications.
- Turn product ideas into wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
- Work closely with founders and engineers from concept to release.
- Simplify complex recruiter workflows into easy-to-use experiences.
- Gather feedback from customers and continuously improve the product.
- Maintain and evolve our design system.
