Product Designer (Remote from India)

, and delivering solutions that address customer needs. - Serve as project lead within your design pod, ensuring high-quality feature delivery from concept through implementation. - Conduct user research and data analysis to validate design decisions and improve user experiences. - Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure feasible, high-quality designs that balance technical constraints and user needs. - Contribute to and evolve the design system, creating reusable patterns that strengthen the overall product. - Design solutions that integrate digital interfaces with real-world operational workflows, enhancing the full customer journey. - Communicate design rationale and maintain alignment with stakeholders across the company throughout the project lifecycle.

: - 6+ years of experience in product design within fast-moving companies. - Strong generalist skills in research, UI/UX design, systems thinking, and visual design (typography, layout, hierarchy, interaction). - Experience managing projects from discovery to completion with excellent organization and prioritization skills. - Comfort with ambiguity and ability to decompose complex problems into iterative, actionable milestones. - Solid written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting design decisions clearly to diverse audiences. - Familiarity with user research methods and emerging design tools, including AI-assisted workflows. - Preferred: Experience in B2B product design, designing for physical processes, or familiarity with frontend code and component systems.
