The Gig: We’re looking for a UI Designer to join our Global Design team and support in crafting stunning, user-focused websites for some of the world’s most iconic brands. Bring your eye for detail and love for UI to create digital experiences that delight millions. What You'll Be Doing: • 3–5 years of experience in UI design, preferably in an agency or fast-paced digital environment. • Proficient in Figma (design systems, components, variants, auto layout, and prototyping) • Strong understanding of typography, grids, spacing, and responsive design. • Able to solve UI challenges creatively and deliver practical, user-focused solutions, with the ability to interpret briefs effectively. • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for smooth handoffs to developers. • Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices. • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for asset creation and enhancements. • Attention to detail and consistency across design systems, ensuring pixel-perfect execution. • Good communication skills, comfortable presenting ideas to teams and incorporating feedback from stakeholders. • Collaborative, self-driven, and open to feedback, with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset. • Keen to stay updated on UI trends and best practices. About You: • Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript. • Hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js. • Backend development experience using Node.js (Express/NestJS preferred). • Solid understanding of REST APIs. • Experience with PostgreSQL (SQL queries, optimization). • Experience with MongoDB (NoSQL concepts, aggregation). • Version control using Git . • Familiarity with Tailwind CSS / modern UI frameworks. • Experience with API testing tools (Postman, automation frameworks). • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines. • Understanding of authentication (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
