Job Description
About the Role
We're hiring a UI/UX Designer who will also own creative design delivery across the organization. This is a hybrid role: roughly half product UI/UX design and half marketing/creative design ownership — including acting as the single point of contact for all creative requests company-wide. You'll be expected to work fast, maintain quality, use AI tools to speed up production, and use performance data to improve creative output over time. This role suits someone who genuinely enjoys switching between structured product design work and high-volume, fast-turnaround marketing creative — not someone looking for a pure UI/UX role or a pure graphic design role. What You'll Own Product UI/UX (about 50%) • Design wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile • Build and maintain the design system and reusable UI components • Partner closely with Product and Engineering during implementation and QA • Iterate on usability based on user feedback and business input Creative Design Delivery (about 50%) • Be the single point of contact for all incoming creative requests from marketing, sales, and leadership • Design banners, landing pages, social creatives, emailers, ads, decks, and promotional assets • Deliver standard requests quickly, with low revision cycles • Maintain brand consistency across every platform and format Creative Performance & Optimization • Review campaign performance data (CTR, engagement, conversion) with the Marketing team • Propose and run creative A/B tests to improve performance • Turn performance insights into iterative design improvements each quarter AI & Design Automation • Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude Design and Adobe Firefly to speed up production and cut repetitive work • Build and maintain reusable templates and scalable asset libraries • Identify and pilot new AI-assisted design workflows Must-Have Skills • Figma (prototyping, design systems, components) • Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator • Canva • Wireframing and prototyping • Responsive UI design • Typography and color theory • Basic user research methods • Working knowledge of AI design tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.) • Strong visual communication and stakeholder management skills Nice-to-Have • HTML/CSS fundamentals • Motion graphics (After Effects/Lottie) • Basic video editing • Prior experience in a performance-marketing-adjacent design role
