Role Overview
We are looking for a thoughtful, detail-oriented, and collaborative Senior UX Designer to design intuitive and consistent user experiences for UKG’s enterprise software. You’ll work alongside product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to craft workflows that are responsive, accessible, and impactful. As a Senior Designer, you will contribute to the entire product lifecycle — from research and conceptual design to polished implementation. You are expected to be hands-on, self-directed, and curious, with a strong sense of UX craft and a desire to grow within a global design organization.
